Please note we can exchange or return with 14 days of delivery. However due to the nature of our product they must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. They must be in their original packaging. 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept return for any underwear or products which are considered a risk in relation to hygiene. This is to protect all of our customers. Please be careful when reviewing your size and order. 

Manufacturing faults 

Whilst we aim to provide the highest quality products, if a product is faulty please contact us within 14 days of your order to let us know and we will be happy to assist.

Please note a charge for returns are £5.50 for shipping costs. Once a return has been processed we will aim to return funds within 30 days, depending on your financial institution. 

Free for UK members.

Standard delivery will be charged for non-members.

International orders will be charged at a standard rate according to the country.
